Purchasing

Credit Cards and PayPal. Allow 3-7 business days from date of purchase for items to be shipped. I do my best to have inventory ready to ship, so more likely I'll ship your order within 1-2 days.

Shipping-US

• FREE domestic shipping on all orders via USPS First Class Mail

•  Shipping includes USPS Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

• Delivery 3-5 business days

• Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your package has shipped.

• Please make sure that your shipping address is correct especially when using PayPal.

•  I can give you an estimated date of arrival for you shipment, but cannot guarantee and exact delivery date. Please contact me if you have been waiting for you order for more than 10 business days.

Shipping International is not available at this time.

Cancelations If you decide to cancel a purchase let me know as soon as possible.

 Size, Print and Color

All shirts are preshrunk and size measurements are listed for the preshrunk garment. Sometimes, I get a batch of shirts that all of sudden do not match the measurements listed, I will work with you to get you the correct size. In general black shirts run a bit small. Because I print by hand with a slightly unpredictable process, expect some variation in the printed images.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are for any reason unhappy with your purchase, or if you require a different size or style, I welcome both returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn/unused) in order to qualify for a refund. You are responsible for return shipment fees.

In most cases, I will instruct you to ship your items back using first class service with delivery confirmation. Please be sure to submit your tracking number (via e-mail) once your items have shipped.

Returns-A refund (minus the cost of shipping) will be issued for any item returned within 14 days of receipt.

Exchanges-Items may be exchanged within 14 days of receipt.

Any prints, graphics, and images seen on maudeandradedesigns.com may not be Reproduced, Duplicated, or Commercially Distributed without the permission of Maude Andrade Designs. I have a very good copyright attorney and I have used her to pursue and settle copyright infringements with great success.
